• We currently offer pure Himalayan wild forest honey harvested from the Garhwal region.
   
• All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided accurately to the best of our ability.
   
• Natural products may vary slightly in colour, taste, or texture from batch to batch.
   

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹).
   
• Payments must be made through the available and secure payment options on the site.
   
• Garhwality reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
   

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
   
• Delivery timelines depend on the customer's location and courier service.
   
• Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with the customer via email or WhatsApp.
   

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

Since honey is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product.
   
• You received the wrong product.
   
• The product was leaked, tampered, or defective on arrival.
   

To request support:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
   
• Provide your order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue.
   

Garhwality reserves the right to approve or decline refund/replacement requests based on evidence provided.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
   
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
